This 6 week Mindfulness program will change every area of your life in amazing ways! 

Learn a simple understanding of how emotional and self sabotaging programs in the subconscious mind happen, as well very effective life skills tools to let go of: stress, anxiety, negative thoughts, depression, self esteem/confidence issues

 

I believe our suffering is caused by trying to be something that we are not. It takes a lot of energy to always hold up a mask to hide who we really are. When we learn how and why this happens, then we become open and willing to learn how to let those old self limiting behaviours go to just be who we truly are. Then our body, mind, and spirit can resume their natural state of balance, health and happiness that we truly are!

This 6 section workshop covers:

Week #1   (Wed, Feb 20th 3-5pm)

  • MINDFULNESS: 

The foundation of the program is learning to be present and aware with what's occurring on all levels, because if we are not, then how can we create healthier subconscious programs and behaviours to support our goals? 

Week #2   (Wed, Feb 27th 3-5pm)

  • TRUTH: 

To make conscious changes, we need to clearly see and understand how our automatic subconscious programs steer our behaviours. This will show us how much we arrange our lives around old fears. 

 

Week #3   (Wed, Mar 6th 3-5pm)

  • FEELING: 

Learning to feel and experience our body sensations is the key to processing our emotions in the present moment as they happen, which will slowly release stuck unresolved energies from the past that have been holding us back.  

 

Week #4   (Wed, Mar 13th 3-5pm)

  • SELF DISCIPLINE: 

If we want our lives to change we have to be willing to change. Stepping out of our comfort zone into new experiences can be really scary and bring up challenging feelings and emotions. Navigating through this will take faith, willingness, and healthy self-discipline that will maintain follow-through.

 

Week #5   (Wed, Mar 20th 3-5pm)

  • POSITIVE TALK & CONGRUENT COMMUNICATION: 

It is surprising how much the way we express ourselves can unknowingly support the continuation of limiting beliefs, negative thoughts, and unsupportive subconscious programs. Once we learn to align our actions with our intentions then these old programs will begin to let go.

 

Week #6   (Wed, Mar 27th 3-5pm)

  • BONUS SECTION & TROUBLESHOOTING:

There are bound to be setbacks along the way, and this section addresses them in simple ways, while also bridging everything in the program together to keep the flow of progress going.

  • Holding onto things way too long wishing you could let them go

  • Getting stuck in negative thought loops that pull you down

  • Get easily triggered and stressed and can't shut that off

  • Fears limit you from enjoying the things in life you want to do

  • Wanting to change some areas in your life, but a part of you keeps sabataging it

 
This workshop will help you to:

  • How to let go of negative thoughts

  • How to ground and re-connect with your body and heart

  • How to let go of outdated subconscious programs and limiting beliefs

  • How to create new, supportive subconscious programs and beliefs

  • How to process and let go of difficult feelings and emotions 

  • How to express your emotions healthfully as you actually feel them, rather than stuff them down

  • How to let go of the saboteur to achieve your goals
